Co-operative Home Insurance
Co-operative home insurance (formerly CIS home insurance) offers up to £500,000 rebuilding costs cover as standard for buildings insurance, a 7.5% discount when buildings and contents insurance are bought together, separate and generous No Claim Discount scales of up to 40% for buildings and contents, plus the option to protect once the full entitlement has been earned.
You can pay monthly by Direct Debit or annually by debit/credit card; and you can get free Legal Expenses Insurance, up to £50,000. There is also a free Legal Advice Helpline, and a free HomeRescue Emergency Helpline.
